1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of The Printing Point website and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices shown are in GBP. VAT is applied where applicable in accordance with HMRC Group 3 rules for printed matter. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Artwork and files

You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork. We recommend:

• 300dpi minimum resolution
• 3mm bleed on all sides
• CMYK colour mode
• Fonts embedded or outlined
• PDF, AI, EPS, JPG or PNG format

We are not liable for print quality issues arising from low-resolution or incorrectly prepared artwork.

4. Turnaround and delivery

Turnaround times begin once print-ready artwork has been approved. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Same-day printing is subject to availability — please call us to confirm before ordering.

5. Returns and refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of print, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or differs from the approved proof. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

6. Intellectual property

By submitting artwork, you confirm you own or have the right to use all content. You indemnify The Printing Point against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement in submitted artwork.
